Independent assessment

A financially sound counterparty

Creditinfo Lietuva

2025

“Strongest in Lithuania” distinction

On 23 July 2025 MB Packology Solutions received Creditinfo’s “Strongest in Lithuania” 2025 certificate, now in its fifteenth season. The certificate states that the company has a high credit score, drawn from filed accounts, solvency indicators and payment history. For a trading partner it means the contract is with an independently assessed and properly run business.

Supply security starts with the supplier's financial position. An independent credit bureau has assessed ours, so that question is answered before a contract is signed.

This is an assessment of financial standing. Packaging quality is evidenced by the manufacturers' certification and by the documentation supplied with each shipment.

Industries

Every sector packs a different problem

Fresh meat loses colour. Fish gives up moisture. Cheese respires. Baked goods stale. These are not the same problem, so they cannot take the same material.

How we work

Four things that keep the supply running

The material is specified against the line, bought across several plants and delivered with documentation that stands up to an auditor and to customs.
  1. 01 / 04

Specified against the line, not the catalogue

Before we propose a material we ask about the thermoformer, the web width, the forming depth, the sealing temperature and the cycle rate. A catalogue number without those figures is a guess.

  2. 02 / 04

    Several manufacturers for one requirement

The same structure is often available from more than one certified European manufacturer, so lead time and price stay negotiable and the quotation is built around your specification.

  3. 03 / 04

    Documentation ready for customs

Packing list with lot and roll detail, quality certificates per item, declarations of compliance, country of origin and manufacturer, correct HS codes. Export shipments are prepared so that they do not stall at the border.

  4. 04 / 04

    Packoclear private label

Films supplied under our own Packoclear brand, for cases where the manufacturer’s mark should not appear on the customer’s line or on the finished pack.

Manufacturing partners

We work with Europe's foremost packaging manufacturers

Films, trays, board and labels are produced to our specification by RETAL Baltic Films, Supravis, Umaras, DS Smith Packaging Lithuania and V&T. FSC and PEFC certify forest fibre, so they belong to the board rather than to film: the corrugated manufacturer is the one that holds them. Which plant holds which management-system or food-contact certification is stated on request. Every certificate belongs to the manufacturer named on it; we verify that it is current and supply it with the shipment.

Direct relationships with several plants let us balance barrier, gauge and price across them, so the quotation is built around your specification.

Compliance and certification

The certificates belong to the manufacturers

We select manufacturers that hold recognised certification, and we check that it is current. The certificate number we provide always points to the plant where the material was made.
FSC
Responsible forestry certification for paper and board fibre. Held by the corrugated manufacturer.
PEFC
The alternative forest-certification scheme, recognised by many European retail groups. Like FSC it covers paper and board fibre, not plastic film.
ISO
Quality and environmental management-system certification at the production sites. The specific standards and numbers are provided on request.
EU 10/2011
The specific requirements for plastic materials – the authorised-substances list and the migration limits.

These certificates are held by the manufacturers. The certificate number and its validity always identify the plant where the material was made.
